摘要 为确立一种对复杂形状裂纹体强度设计式的推导方法 ,利用正交法确定了解析条件 ,以回归式的形式得出了设计式。运用此方法和数次数值解析 ,获得了有足够精度的油缸底盖与缸体间未焊接部位的强度设计式。 To obtain an approach to a strength equation of a cylinder with complex cracks, the analytical conditions were formed by the orthogonality method and an approximate equation was obtained by regression. Adopting above method, a strength equation for the unwelding portion between a cylinder and its bottom was established with sufficient accuracy in engineering. It simplifies the complicated calculations of the finite element method and is convenient to predict and optimize the strength of a cylinder. The strength equation used for the unwelding portion of a cylinder with arbitrary dimension and load condition provides the basis for analyzing the stress intensity factor.
