摘要
以对 -甲苯磺酸为催化剂 ,甲苯为溶剂 ,用直接酯化法制备富马酸双混合醇酯单体 ( DBF) .游离基聚合合成富马酸双混合醇酯与醋酸乙烯酯共聚物 ( FVA) .单体及共聚物用 IR1,H- NMR表征 ,并考察共聚物对高蜡、高粘原油、渣油及白油、光缆油的降凝降粘作用 .在一定条件下合成得到的聚合物可使华北油田高蜡原油降凝 2 1℃ ;克拉玛依稠稀混合油 ( 60∶ 4 0 )降粘 75.2 4 % ( 5℃ ) ,73.61% ( 10℃ ) ,69.95%( 15℃ ) ;大庆渣油降凝 13℃ ,降粘 4 2 .1% ( 4 0℃ ) ;新疆彩南原油降粘 4 8.2 1% ( 10℃ ) ,53.69% ( 15℃ ) ;对白油。
n Dibehenyl fumarate monomer (DBF) was synthesized by direct esterification of fumaric acid and behenyl alcohol(C 18~22 alcohols with C 22 +C 20 >80% and C 18 <20%), its copolymers (FVA) with vinyl acetate were obtained by solution free radical copolymerization using BPO as initiator. The structure of monomer and copolymers were confirmed by IR and 1H NMR. The obtained copolymers can be used as the flow improvers for waxy oil, viscose oil and residual oil. It can depress the pour point of Huabei waxy oil by 21℃, reduce the viscosity of KeLaMaYi viscose oil by 75.21%(5℃) and of Xinjiang Cainan crude oil by 48.21%(10℃) and 53.69%(15℃) when containing 100mg/kg polymeric additives. And it can depress the pour point of Daqing residuam by 13℃, reduce its viscosity by 42.1% when 1000mg/kg polymeric additives is added.
