摘要
从蔸兰属Paphiopedilum腐茎叶病斑上分离得到第19个病原真菌菌株;经分类鉴定和人工诱导有性世代,确定为Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn.它们属于一个融合群而不与迄今世界已发现的任一融合群发生菌丝融合;拟定为ZAG-8群.作者对该群以及其它各群的形态学、生理学,病原学和寄主等特征作了详细的比较研究.结果表明,该群具许多独特的性质:生长发育温度高达30℃;最适20℃~25℃(17.3mm/天,琼脂PDA培养基);主轴菌丝宽6~9μ,平均7.3±0.18μ;每细胞中核数目平均5.65±0.05个;在4~9个中间变化;菌落深褐棕色;气生菌丝多;絮状;具棕褐色粒状或片状菌核;对黄麻苗具一定的病原性.
Nineteen isolates frome Paphiopedilum sp.was identified as Rhizoctonia solaniKuhn by morphological characters of imperfect and perfect stage.It was foundthat they compossing a single anastomosis group did not anastomose with isolatesof any known AG of R.solani.The author proposed to designate this group asZAG—8 of R.solani.Morphological,Physilological properties and pathogenicityon roundpod jute of ZAG—8,new anastomosis goups in R.solani,and otheranastomosis group were inverstigated.Optimum temperarture for growth in ZAG—8was20~25℃(about 17.3mm/day).The mean hyphal width was 7.3±0.18u and thenumber of nuclei per cell was 4~9.Their mycelial colonies were dark-brown incolor,and some small dark-brown and loose sclertia was formed in it.Isolatesof ZAG—8 were also pathogengic to roundpod jute.
