摘要
目的 :探讨复杂的肱骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折的治疗。方法 :35例肱骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折 ,分别采用双张力带内固定 2 9例和“Y”形钢板内固定 6例 ,骨折按AO/ASIF分型 ,C1型 12例 ,C2 型 14例 ,C3 型 9例 ,术后 1周开始早期功能锻炼。结果 :所有 35例病人均获得随访 ,随访时间 9～ 17个月 ,平均 13个月。按Aitken和Rorabeek标准进行功能评定 ,结果显示 :优 17例 ,良 12例 ,可 4例 ,差 2例 ,优良率 82 .9%。结论 :双张力带法是治疗肱骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折比较好的选择 ,“Y”
Objective: To explore the treatment of complex comminuted fractures of distal humerus.Method:35 cases of comminuted fractures of distal humerus were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with double tension-band and Y shaped plate.By the classification of AO/ASIF,12 were classified as C1 type,14 as C2 type and the remaining 9 as C3 type.Early exercises were performed after operation.Result:All the 35 cases were followed up for 9 to 17 months(average 13 months).The patients were evaluated using the criteria of Aitkien and Rorabeek.Excellent and good results were achieved in 29 cases(82.9%).Conclusion:Double tension band is a better choice in treatment of fractures of distal humerus,while Y shaped plate is of suitable for C1 type and simple C2 fractures.
