摘要
对 119例人工关节置换术后患者的护理进行总结 ,提出预防应从病因出发 ,通过早期积极主动和被动活动促进静脉回流。认为指导患者术后早期进行功能锻炼并协助医师做好预防性抗凝治疗 ,观察预防治疗后的效果 。
The nursing experience in preventing deep vein thrombosis is summarized for 119 patients after joint arthroplasty.Nursing care for preventing deep vein thrombosis after surgery requires knowledge of the etiology of the disease,improving the active and passive exercise of the operated limbs to accelerate vein flow,guiding the patient's functional exercise in the early stage after surgery and helping doctors with preventive anticoagulation therapy,and at the same time,observing the therapeutic effect.All the above nursing care can significantly reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after joint arthroplasty.
