丹参、生脉注射液减轻新生大白鼠窒息后脑水肿作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了丹参、生脉注射液在减轻窒息后脑水肿中的作用。检测窒息后复氧24小时时,大脑皮层组织的含水量、过氧化脂质(LPO)含量及白细胞数。结果:窒息组上述指标较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);而丹参组、生脉组上述指标较窒息组明显降低(P<0.05或0.01),但与对照组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示:丹参、生脉注射液通过抗氧自由基、减轻白细胞聚集和活化等途径减轻窒息后脑水肿。 The protection effect of Dan Seng and Seng Mai injection on postasphycial brain edema was investigated by use of the asphyxial model induced by ourselves. The experiments were performed in control, as-phxial Dan Seng and SengMai groups. The contents of water, Lipid peroxide (LPO), the counts of WBC in cortex tissuse were detected. The results indicated that there are significant differences in indexes above comparing the asphyxia with the control、Dan Seng and Seng Mai groups (P< 0. 05 or 0. 01). In asphxia groups, the contents of water were positively correlated with the content of LPO and the counts of WBC, and-the content of LPO were positively related to the counts of WBC(P<0.05). There is no difference in indexes comparing the Dan Seng、 Seng Mai group with control (P> 0. 05) . It is suggested that the Dan Seng and Seng Mai injection may protect brain from postasphyxial edema viainhibitiong the releasing of oxyen free radicals, decreasing the aggre-tating and being actived of WBC.
