摘要
采用 2号岩石抗水硝铵粉状炸药 ,在药卷轴心分别装以三种不同内径的铜管、铁管和纸管 ,构成内管道式的装药结构 ,测定其爆速 ,分析研究爆速的变化规律 ,以求与爆破介质实现阻抗匹配 ,提高爆破能量有效利用率 ,改善爆破效果。试验结果表明 ,装药有内管道存在时 ,其爆速值降低 ,且随着内管道直径的增加 ,爆速下降的幅值加大 ,而当药卷外面套以聚乙烯管约束时 ,爆速的下降率明显减小。
Copper, iron or paper tubes with different diameters are put into the cartridges of No2 Rock water resistant powder ammonium nitrate explosive along their axes. These cartridges with a built in tube are used for studying the change of their detonating velocities in order to achieve the impedance matching between an explosive and the medium to be blasted, raise the utilization of explosive energy and improve the blasting effect. The test results have shown that the detonating velocities of the explosive cartridges fall with increase of built in tube diameter. If the cartridges are shelled, their detonating velocities fall more slowly.
