摘要
以草酸盐为沉淀剂 ,采用超声辐射沉淀法制备出纳米ZnO粉体 ,并通过XRD、TG DTA DTG、IR和TEM等技术研究了纳米ZnO的合成过程及粉体性能。结果表明 ,将超声辐射引入普通沉淀法 ,可显著提高粉体性能 ,所得纳米ZnO粒子外貌为球形 ,粒度分布均匀 ,分散性好 ,平均晶粒尺寸为 2 6nm。
By using oxalate as precipitant,nanometer ZnO was prepared by ultrasonic radiation precipitation method,the synthetic process and properties of nanometer ZnO were studied by XRD,TG DTA DTG,IR and TEM.The results indicate that it could improve the properties of the powder when ultrasonic radiation was introduced into precipitation.The product has an average diameter of 26nm with good dispersity and sphere shaped.
