摘要
采用人血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)方法测试了三种中草药——大黄、槐米和红花水提取物的致突变性。结果表明:大黄、槐米和红花水提取物的浓度为2.5、5.0、7.5和10mg/ml时诱发的SCE频率为7.0±0.52~15.76±0.81,与空白对照组自发SCE频率(6.12±0.40)相比,除大黄水提取物2.5mg/ml剂量组以外.均具高度显著性差异(P<0.005或P<0.001)。三种中草药水提物的应用剂量和SCE频率之间存在明显的剂量效应关系。揭示此三种中草药水提物对人血淋巴细胞具有致突变作用。大黄,槐米水提物并能抑制人淋巴细胞的生长和分裂增殖。
The method of the sister chromatid exchanges (SCE)of human peripheral lymphocytes was usedto detect the mutagenic effect of the water extracts of three herbs~Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. FlosSophorae Immarurus and Flos Carthami. The results showed that the SCE frequencies were enhanced to7. 0±0. 52~15. 76±0. 81 when the concentrations of the water extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Flos Sophprae Immaturs and Flos Chrthami were 2. 5, 5. 0, 7. 5 and 10mg/ml respectively. Contrastingwith the SCE frequency of the blank control (6. 12±0. 40), the difference was significant (P<0.005 or P<0. 001) except for the 2. 5mg/ml group of the extract of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. Therewere very obvious dose response relations between the doses of the water extracts and the SCE frequen-cies. The results indicated that the water extracts of the three herbs possess the mutagenic effect on thehuman peripheral lymphocytes. The water extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Flos Sophorae Im-maturus could also inhibit the growth and proliferation of human lymphocytes.
