摘要
本文从工程实践经验出发 ,从力学观点分析了水工混凝土结构型式、分缝分块、浇筑层厚、混凝土的配筋等与防止裂缝的关系 ,阐述了防止水工混凝土裂缝的结构措施和施工措施 ,并简要地介绍了为恢复结构整体性、抗渗性。
Based upon experiences in practice, in this paper, the matter that the crack-preventing relates to structure type, joint occurring, blocking, lift thickness and reinforcement of the concrete of hydraulic structure is analysed from the point of view of mechanics, the measures in structure and in construction for preventing concrete crack of the hydraulic structure are explained, besides, some patching methods of the concrete cracks for different purposes such as recovering of the integrity,of the resistance to seepage and of the durability of the structure are briefly introduced. Three parts are mainly comprised in this paper,[1] the measures in structure for preventing the concrete crack. In this part, the relation between structural type and the concrete crack, the relation between joint occurring, blocking and preventing the concrete crack, and the relation between reinforcement and concrete crack are included.[2] the measures in the construction for preventing concrete crack. In this part, the effect of admixing ice and of precooling aggregate on preventing the crack of concrete, the cooling by water pipeline, the effect of controlling of the intermittent period of casting on preventing crack, and the necessity of the measures of surface protection for the crack preventing are included.[3] the patching of the concrete. In this part,the patching for the purposes of recovering the integrity, the resistance to seepage, the durability,and the appearance of the structure are included. The writers pointed out that the crack that destroys the structure's integrity would be of the gravest, therefore, it must be prevented absolutely during the period of construction.
