摘要
根据钢中碳化物相变热力学计算 ,研究了Cr W Mo V Si模具钢热处理过程的碳化物相变及其对热处理工艺的影响。结果表明 ,当钢中存在多种碳化物时 ,可降低退火温度 ,放宽淬火温度范围以及提高抗回火性、细化组织。X射线衍射仪对碳化物相进行鉴定 ,分析了碳化物量随不同热处理的变化规律。
On basis of thermodynamic calculation the carbides transform and its influence on heat treatment process in a new kind of die steel Cr W Mo V Si are studied in this paper.The result indicated that the annealing temperature could be lowered,the range of austenitizing temperature be enlarged,the tempering resistance be increased and the microstructure be refined when there are multi type carbides in die steel.Phase identification and the quantity variation of carbides in the die steel are analyzed by the X ray diffractometer.
