摘要
                
                    根据药芯焊丝水下焊接的要求 ,研制了一套水下焊接电弧控制系统。本系统通过单片微机实时控制焊接电流波形 ,在进行水下短路过渡焊接时可以提高焊接电弧稳定性 ,减少飞溅 ,同时改善焊缝成型。
                
                At the special request of the   flux-cored wire welding underwater, the welding arc control system is developed. The current  waveform of the inverter power source is controlled by a microcomputer. The stability of arc and the formation of weld in underwater welding are  improved, while the spatter is reduced.
