摘要
以内蒙某办公楼工程网架塌落事故为例 ,从网架破坏原因、施工、设计各方面进行了分析 ,得出网架的计算有误 ,使网架屋面在施工过程中 ,实际荷载仅为设计荷载的 2 / 3时 ,网架遭到破坏 ;从施工方面看 ,网架的焊缝存在质量问题 ,导致失稳破坏 ,同时指出应吸取的经验教训。
Taking accident of engineering rack of an office building caving in Neimeng as an example, the paper analyses reasons destroying rack, construction and design, reaches that calculation of rack is wrong, when practical load of rack roofing is two thirds of design load of it in construction process, rack is destroyed. From construction of view, weld beads of rack exist quality problems, it causes unstability destruction. The paper points out that a lesson is drawn from it at the same time.
