摘要
介绍了变电站远程图像监控系统的基本原理、结构、功能要求以及工程设计考虑 ,并给出了一种基于视频服务器的图像监控系统。视频服务器具有多种通信接口直接与前端监控设备相连接 ,并通过现有的以太网 ,以 TCP/IP和组播方式与监控主机相连 ,具有转发视频、音频和控制数据的功能 ,从而简化了系统结构 ,提高了系统的可靠性 。
The principle, structure, function and engineering consideration of video surveillance system for substation are introduced. A video server based surveillance system is proposed. The video server communicates with the monitoring equipment at substation directly with several kinds of channels, and connects the monitoring host on the Ethernet with TCP/IP and multicast. The video server transmits the video, audio and control signal between them. Thus, the system's configuration is simplified and its reliability is improved, and the surveillance function can be assigned to any computer on the network.
