水在圆管内垂直向上流动时的过渡沸腾换热

摘要 采用热块技术对水在过渡沸腾区的换热进行了实验研究。实验参数为:进口过冷度△T_(sub)=9.1—26.3℃,质量流速G=40.8—123kg/m^2·s,压力P=0.117—0.289MPa。实验结果证明,质量流速和试验段进口过冷度对换热均有一定影响。根据理论分析和实验结果得到了预测过渡沸腾换热的半经验公式。 Hot patch technique was used in this experiment for studying the heat transfer characteristic of water during transition boiling.Water inletsubcooling was from 9.1℃ to 26.3℃ ,mass velocity was from 40.8 kg/(m^2.s) to 123kg/(m^2.s) and pressure was from 0.117 MPa to 0.289 MPa in this experiment. It was concluded that mass velocity and inlet-subcooling of test set have effects on heat transfer. A prediction correlation of transition boiling heat transfer was obtained by means of theoretical analysis and by using experimental data.
