摘要
建立由丁香花蕾提取丁香酚的新方法乙醇回流法 ,使丁香酚的实验收率由水蒸汽蒸馏法的 5.0 %提高到 1 0 .3% .考察影响丁香酚收率的因素 .
The present paper covers a new method for extracting eugenol from colve buds by ethyl alcohol reflux factors affecting the yield were studied. The results show that alkaline mutation point is pH=8. The acidify mutation point is pH=6, the optimum technological conditions were reflux solvent: 95% ethyl alcohol; reflux time: 30 min; alkalinity: pH=9~10; alcohol∶water=3∶1; extraction solvent: ethyl ether; acidity: pH=5. The yield of eugenol was 10.3%, and the yield was 5.0% by steam distillation.
