摘要
采用激光多普勒技术测量了装有整流环的环形分布器中的流场 ,发现整流环外侧环形通道内存在大量循环气流 ,并呈变质量流动状态 ;整流环内侧环形通道中 ,循环流动基本消失 ,但仍存在较大的脉动速度 ,靠近内环射流孔处气体均匀径向流动为主。利用压力排管研究了整流环开孔率和开孔方式对均布效果的影响 ,发现通过调整整流环周向开孔率可以实现内环射流流量均布。在本实验范围内 ,整流环的使用可以降低环形分布器的能量损失。
The fluid field in a gas distributor with a rectifying ring was measured with LDV. In the outer passage, there was a great deal of circulation gas and the flow was in variable-mass way. In the inner passage, the circulation gas was eliminated, but the velocity impulsed strongly. Gas flowed in radial direction uniformly nearby the pores on the wall of center pipe. The influence of the opening ratio and the opening mode of the rectifying ring on the gas distribution effect was also measured with a calandria manometer. The flow through the pores of the center pipe could be uniformly distributed by adjusting the opening ratio of the rectifying ring. In the range of this experiment, the energy loss of the distributor could be decreased with the rectifying ring.
