摘要
C/C复合刹车材料在使用时必须进行防氧化处理。已得到使用的防氧化涂料有硼系和磷酸盐两类。通过恒温氧化试验和浸海水恒温氧化试验对两种防氧化涂料的防氧化效果进行了对比 ,结果显示在长期使用条件下或在有氧化催化剂的条件下 ,磷酸盐涂料具有更好的防氧化能力。
Comparisons were made on the anti oxidation performances of phosphate and boron contained coatings of C/C composite brake material in atmosphere and man made sea water respectively.The experimental results showed that the phosphate coating exhibited better oxidation resistance performance.
