摘要
研究了人工栽培的短葶飞蓬 4月龄、开花前期和开花期植株及草地和疏林下野生植株的光合生理生态特征 .晴天 ,光合日进程曲线呈“双峰”曲线型 ,“午睡”现象明显 .强光下光合作用“午睡”的原因是气孔限制 .在气候因子中 ,空气湿度低与“午睡”现象关系密切 .短葶飞蓬 4月龄、开花前期和开花期植株的光合补偿点在相同时段无显著差异 ,上午和中午则差异显著 ,上午为 10~ 15 μmol/ (m2 ·s) ,中午为 2 5~ 30 μmol/ (m2 ·s) .光合饱和点上午都为 15 0 0 μmol/ (m2 ·s) ;中午 4月龄和开花期植株上升为 175 0 μmol/ (m2 ·s) ,开花前期的没有改变 .空旷草地和疏林地的短葶飞蓬的光合特征出现了趋异适应 ,草地生境的光合补偿点和光合饱和点高 ,而林下生境的适应于低光照 ,光合补偿点和光合饱和点都低 .
The physiecological characteristics of photosynthesis of Erigeron breviscapus which was at 4 month old,in pre blooming and blooming and which grew on the grassland and in the sparse woods was studied.On sunny day diurnal curves of net photosynthetic rate was 2 peaks curves,the midday depression of photosynthesis was observed.The midday depression of photosynthesis was due to the stomatal limitation.In climatic factors low air humidity was mainly reason for the midday depression of photosynthesis.Differences in the light compensation point for E.breviscapus at 4 month old,in pre blooming and blooming was not signification.,10—15?μ?mol/(m 2·s) in the morning,25—30?μ?mol/(m 2·s) at noon.The light saturation point for them is 1?500?μ?mol/(m 2·s) in the morning.But at noon 1?750?μ?mol/(m 2·s) is for plants at 4 month old and in blooming,1?500?μ?mol/(m 2·s) is for plants in pre blooming.The photosynthetic characteristics of E.breviscapus grew on the grassland and in the sparse woods were divergent.The plants which grew on the grassland showed a higher light compensation point and light saturation point,but the plant which grew in the sparse woods showed a lower light compensation point and light saturation point.
