摘要
测量并研究了带有苯酚侧臂的四氮大环 Zn( )、Cu( )配合物的常规荧光谱和激光诱导荧光谱 ,分析了其作为模拟水解酶的催化活性和荧光光谱特性的关系 ,发现配给物的荧光量子产率越高 。
This paper studies the conventional fluorescence spectra and laser induced fluorescence spectra of a new Zinc(Ⅱ) and Copper(Ⅱ) macrocyclic tetraamine complexes with a phenol pendant.The correspondence between its catalytic activity and fluorescence spectra character as a mimic hydrolytic metalloenzymes is analyzed.It has been found that the complex catalytic activity gets lower when its fluorescence quantum yield gets higher.
