摘要
本文从减少数据存储、消除环路、提高运算速度方面对双扫描算法进行了改进，并说明了改进的双扫描算法在路网交通分配中的应用。
This paper describes the modification of dual scan algorithm in terms of storage reduction,eliminating circular path and increasing calculation speed.
