摘要
我们制备了La0.67Ca0 .33Mn1-xNixO3氧化物材料,测量了热磁曲线,其居里温度随镍含量增加而减少,这是由于Mn3+/Mn4+/双交换作用随镍对锰的替代减弱的结果。测量了材料的大磁电阻效应,并利用迪尼模型计算分析了含镍材料在零场以及磁场为6T下电阻随温度的变化关系。实验与计算对照结果表明:迪尼模型可以很好地描述对应于铁磁/顺磁相变的电阻峰值现象。
We prepared the La0.67Ca0.33Mn1-xNixO3 materials. The thermal magnetization analysis was performed. The Curie temperature decreased with the increase of Ni content. The CMR effect was also measured and the temperature dependence of the resistance under zero and 6 T field was investigated with the Dionne Model. Results show that Dionne Model can well describe the peak-phenomenon related to the ferromagnetic/paramagnetic transition in the temperature dependence of resistance.
