摘要
报道了用机械 -物理固相反应装置制备纳米WS2 润滑材料的新方法。在微观结构分析中 ,用XRD对WS2 纳米晶体进行了物相分析 ,图样显示WS2 相为单相 ;用TEM对纳米晶体进行直接测量和电子衍射试验 ,确定其为单晶和多晶的混合簇团 ,其晶体结构是以钨原子连接着两个硫原子的层状正六方晶体。纳米WS2 晶体是一种很有实用价值、应用广泛。
This paper reports a new method of preparing nanometer WS 2 lubricating crystal using equipment of mechanical physical solid state reaction. The phase analysis of nanometer WS 2 lubricating crystal is made with XRD and the diffraction patterns of WS 2 single phase are observed. In experiment of TEM, nanometer WS 2 crystal is directly measured and the electron diffraction experiment is also performed. The diffraction patterns show that the structure of nanometer WS 2 crystal is a mixed cluster of mono crystalline and polycrystalline. The crystal structure is a laminar hexagonal with one tungsten atom linking two sulfur atoms. Nanometer WS 2 crystal is a solid lubricating material with high applied value, wide use and excellent performance.
