摘要
本文选择铸铁材料进行了双层辉光离子渗金属工艺的研究。介绍了不同成分与组织的铸铁,经离子渗钨钼、镍铬后,渗层组织特征、表面成分与硬度分布。分析了含碳量、含硅量及温度等因素对渗层的影响。并测定了渗层的耐磨性及耐蚀性。

The micro-structure, composition, and hardness of the alloyed layer were introduced.The effects of processing temperature, carbon and silicon content on the layer depth Were analysed.
