摘要
研究了壳聚糖的1%醋酸溶液与水中铜离子的均相螯合反应,测定了溶液pH值、初始配料比及铜离子初浓渡等对均相平衡螯合量的影响。与文献报导对比,均相平衡螫合量为多相单层饱和吸着量的4~14倍,所需平衡时间仅为后者的1/300°反应条件下均相螫合产物仍溶于水中。研究了调节溶液pH值及添加微量阴离子表面活性剂两种方法,使螯合物沉淀析出,达到净化水中铜离子的目的。测定了壳聚糖在醋酸溶液中的有限降解并证明它时均相螯合平衡态无明显影响。
The homogeneous chelating reaction between chitosan dissolved in 1% HAc solution and cupric ion contained in aqueous solution was investigated. The effects of pH value, initial molar ratio of amino group in chitosan to cupric ion and the initial concentration of cupric ion in solution on the equilibram chelating amount were determined. According to the results of heterogeneous uptake process reported in references, homogeneous equilibrium chelating amounts are 4-14 times more than monolayer uptake amounts in heterogeneous procss at almost the same temperature, and the time needed to reach equilibrium state was only 1/300 the time of the heterogeneous process.The chelating reaction product was still soluted in water under reaction conditions. It can be precipitated and then separated by adjusting the pH value of the solution or adding trace amounts of anionic surfactant.Even though chitosan degrades in the acidic solution at room temperature, there is no obvious effect on the homogeneous chelating equilibrium state.
