摘要
探讨葛根汤对佐剂性关节炎的防治作用。结果表明 ,葛根汤 8 2 ,16 4g kg致炎前 3d灌胃给药 ,可显著抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎急性足爪肿胀 ,对于继发性的足肿胀也有明显的抑制作用。可降低继发性关节炎关节液中的PGE2 的含量。
To study the effects of GeGen Decoction(GGD)in preventing and curing adjuvant arthritis in rats.The results showed GGD(8.2,16.4g/kg,ig)could significantly inhabit primary acute inflammatory swelling and secondary inflammatory reaction by oral administration of GGD three days before modeling.And the level of PGE 2 in joint fluids of secondary arthritis could also decrease.The results indicate GGD can prevent and cure adjuvant arthritis in rats.
