摘要
目的 :探讨中药白芥子“发泡疗法”治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性。 方法 :95例患者随机分为治疗组 5 0例和对照组 45例 ,分别用捣烂的白介子和补骨脂酊外涂病灶 ,每日 3次 ,至病灶皮肤充血、潮红、并出现水泡 ,连续 3d为 1疗程 ,2疗程后停药 ,3个月后判定疗效。治疗期间病灶接受日光照射。 结果 :治疗组在总有效率、色素恢复率、不良反应等方面均优于对照组。 结论 :白芥子“发泡疗法”治疗白癜风疗效确切 ,不良反应率低 。
Objective:To prode the curative effect and safety,that chinese traditional herb-white mustard seed were applied to cure vitiligo. Methods:95 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.The cure group were 50 cases,were external used pounding white mustaed serd on there foci;control 45 cases,external used psoralen,until the skin of focus become red and hyperemia,3 times a day,one course of treatment are 3 days,continued for 2 courses. Results:Effectiveness of 2 groups have sigmificance of difference.the cure group are better than the control's. Conclusion:Applying white mustard seed vesiculation therapy to treat vitiligo can get high and persistent curative effect. [
