摘要
三七中人参三醇甙(PTS)5,50μg·ml^(-1)灌流对离体大鼠Langendorff心脏缺血再灌注所致心律失常具有明显的保护作用,可降低室颤发生率,并可保护心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶的降低,PTS 50μg·ml^(-1)还可抑制心肌丙二醛的产生,对缺血再灌注所致心肌乳酸脱氩酶和磷酸肌酸激酶的漏出亦有明显的抑制作用。
The effects of PTS on myocardialischemic-reperfused injury and arrhythmias were studied in the Langendorffs perfused rat heart. The reperfusion-induced arrhythmias were prevented by PTS pretreatment at the concentration of 5 or 50μ·ml-1 respectively. The release of CPK and LDH from ischemic-reperfused hearts, as well as the production of MDA were inhibited by PTS at the concentration of 50 μg·?ml-1. It was also shown that there was a protective effect on SOD at PTS 5 and 50 μg ·ml-1 respectively. The results suggest that the PTS prevents the ischemic-reperfused myocardial injury and arrhythmia. The action is considered to be related to the inhibition of the free radical accumulation and lipid peroxidation.
