摘要
以TiO2 为催化剂 ,并将其制膜固定在不锈钢质反应器内壁上 ,以 9W低压汞灯为光源 ,引入Fenton试剂 ,对武汉市某制药厂的制药废水进行了处理实验。取得了脱色率 10 0 % ,CODCr去除率 92 3%的效果。硝基苯类化合物含量从 8 0 5mg/L降至 0 .41mg/L。还探讨了多种因素对光降解的影响。
TiO 2 was used as catalyst, made in the form of film and fixed on the inner wall of the stainless steel photoreactor. The 9 W low voltage mercury lamp was applied as light sources and Fenton agent introduced to perform pharmaceutical wastewater treatment at one pharmaceutical factory in Wuhan City. The resulted decoloration rate was 100%, with COD Cr removal rate of 92.3%. Content of nitrobenzene compounds was reduced from 8.05 mg/L to 0.41 mg/L. Various factors affecting photodegradation were discussed.
