摘要
采用五元二次正交旋转组合设计,测定了土壤中常见5种酸根离子(Cl-、SO42-、HCO3-、CO32-、NO3-)对鹅头稗种子发芽的影响,并全面评价了鹅头稗种子发芽期的耐盐性、耐碱性。试验结果表明,鹅头稗种子较耐Cl-,也较耐碱,适宜在中度碱化(pH<9.0)的盐碱地上栽培。
Effects of 5 acidic ions (Cl -、SO 4 2- 、HCO 3 -、CO 3 2- 、NO 3 -, which are usully found in soil) on seed germination of Echinochla crusgalli (L.) Beauv are measured using orthogonal design for saline-tolerance and alkali-tolerance. The results showed Echinochla crusgalli (L.) Beav had high Cl - tolerance and alkali-tolerance, which is suitable for growing in moderate alkalized soil (pH<9.0).
