摘要
The author introduces to us a range of constitutional provisions relating to property prequisition in western countries and then explains relevant provisions in our constitution. Lastly, the author makes a comparative study of differences between the western countries and China and further elaborates the trend of development with respect to property requisition as provided by our constitution.
