摘要
目的探讨肱骨干骨折使用锁定钢板术后失败原因。方法回顾4例肱骨骨折锁定钢板固定后钢板断裂、螺钉拔出及不愈合的原因,其中钢板断裂2例,螺钉拔出1例,不愈合1例,均给予相应二次手术治疗。结果二次手术后均骨性愈合。结论术后患者过早大强度活动、固定材料选择不当等原因是导致锁定钢板固定术后失败的主要原因。
Objective To explore the failure causes of plate fixation operation. Methods Causes of operation failure in four patients with humeral fracture were retrospectively analyzed. Two patients were of steel plate fracture,one case was of bolt off and one case was of bone nonunion. All the 4 cases were received reoperation. Results After reoperation,all the 4 cases resulted in bony union. Conclusion Untimely hard intensity activities after operation and wrong choice of fixation material are the major cause leading to the failure of locking plate fixation operation.
