摘要
枇杷叶三萜类主要有熊果酸、齐墩果酸、科罗索酸和山楂酸等多种生理活性物质,具有较高的药用价值。该文对枇杷叶三萜酸的药理作用、提取分离和分析检测等方面的研究作了归纳与论述,为枇杷叶三萜酸在食品和医药上的进一步研究开发提供理论依据。
Triterpene acids of Eriobotrya japonica leaf has high medical function because it contains plenty of active compounds including ursolic acid, oleanolic acid, corosolic acid and malonic acid, etc. The pharmacological action, extraction, analysis of triterpene acids were summarized and discussed respectively in this review to provide theoretical evidence for future research and development of triterpene acids of Eriobotrya japonica leaf in food industry and medicine.
