摘要
为应对燃气突发事故,提高快速反应及处置能力,应急调度指挥平台成为迫切的需要,应急调度指挥车是城市燃气应急调度平台体系建设项目中的重要组成部分,作为移动调度指挥中心,对于建立和健全统一指挥、功能齐全、反应灵敏、运转高效的应急机制,预防和应对自然灾害、事故灾难和社会安全事件,减少突发公共事件造成的损失,具有重要意义。
To cope with the gas accident,improve the ability of fast reaction and disposal,emergency scheduling command platform has become an urgent need.Emergency scheduling command vehicle is an important part of construction projects of city＇s gas emergency scheduling platfi）rm system.As a mobile dispatching command center,it is of great significance to establish and improve a unified command, complete functions,responsive,efficient operation of emergency mechanism,prevent and respond to natural disasters,accidents disasteis and social security incidents,reduce the loss caused by sudden public events.
