摘要
目的比较传统开腹手术治疗及腹腔镜联合胆道镜进行治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床疗效,分析腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术治疗的优越性。方法选取30例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后进行划分为研究组(腹腔镜联合胆道镜进行治疗)和对照组(传统开腹手术)两组,比较两种术式治疗后的临床效果。结果研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次排气时间及住院天数均明显短于对照组,经比较(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。研究组术后并发症发生率为6.67%,对照组术后并发症发生率为40.00%。研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,经比较(χ2=4.658,P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的疗效优于开腹手术治疗,且手术并发症发生率低,利于患者术后恢复。
Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of traditional open surgery with laparoscopic joint choledochoscope for the treatment of 07 gallbladder stone with common bile duct calculi, analysis the superiority of joint choledochoscope laparoscopic surgery. Methods Selected 30 cases of gallbladder stone with common bile duct calculi as the research object, divided into research group（laparoscopic joint choledochoscope） and control group（conventional laparotomy）, compared the clinical effect of two kinds of operation after treatment. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization days were significantly shorter in research group than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in research group was 6.67%, while in control group was 40.00%. The postoperative complication rates was significantly lower in research group, the difference is statistically significant（chi-square = 4.658, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Laparoscopic joint choledochoscope treated for gallbladder stone with common bile duct calculi is superior to laparotomy and has low incidence of surgical complications.
