摘要
亚洲整体性崛起是当前世界格局最突出的变化之一。这是多种因素共同作用的结果，其带来的效应将更加复杂多维，地区内部的联动和整合持续加强，主要国家的政策调整和关系重组加快，同时带动域外力量纷纷加大对该地区的战略投入．进而推动世界权力中心和战略互动持续向亚洲聚合。
Since the beginning of the 21 st century, the overall rise of the Asian geographic plate has been particularly prominently. The overall rise of Asia reflects the improvement of a large number of developing countries in Asia. The long-occupied aggressive status of the United States and Europe is weakening, and the overall rise of Asia appears more highlighted, and its impact upon the world seems more intense.
