摘要
液氮蒸发器余热回收系统是针对国内油气田开采现场余热回收利用率低这一现状,而开发与液氮泵车配合使用的系统。系统运用PLC控制技术对温度进行控制,对系统实现动态监控,进而实现对整个余热回收系统热量的控制。根据传热平衡方程,对液氮蒸发器的传热特性、静态增益等性能进行研究,得到液氮蒸发器在传热过程中的基本规律,制定液氮蒸发器余热回收控制系统的实验方案。热回收式液氮蒸发技术在该系统中的成功运用,提高系统的可靠性和延长使用寿命。
In view of the low utilization efficiency of waste heat recovery in current domestic oil gas field exploitation field, a set of heat recovery type liquid nitrogen evaporator system with liquid nitrogen pump truck is established. The system adopts the PLC control technology for temperature control, in order to achieve monitoring system dynamically, and control the entire waste heat recovery system heat. According to heat balance equation for the liquid, characteristics and the performance of nitrogen evaporator heat transfer and the static gain is researched, to obtain the basic rule of liquid nitrogen evaporator in heat transfer process, and the experimental program of development of liquid nitrogen evaporator heat recovery control system. The successful use of the liquid nitrogen evaporation heat recovery technology improves the system reliability and extendes service life.
