摘要
建筑市场竟争日趋激烈，科学合理的评标办法是引导建筑业健康发展的前提。现行 评标办法存在几个根本性的弊端，必须深入研究并加以克服，逐步完善评标办法。
Because the construction market competition has turned more intens ive, scientific and reasonable evaluation method became the precondition of lead ing the healthy development of construction industry. However, the current evalu ation method has several serious shortages, it is necessary to probe into and pe rfect the evaluation methods.
