摘要
介绍叶景华辨治肾病蛋白尿的经验。认为肾病蛋白尿的发病以脾肾虚损为本,外感风、湿、热等六淫之邪为标;从治风、治湿、治瘀的角度,灵活运用宣肺、补脾、调肾法。
This paper introduces Ye Jinghua＇ s experience in differentiating and treating nephrotic proteinuria. It is viewed that the root of nephrotic proteinuria is asthenia-impairment of spleen and kidney, the roots of this disease are exogenous pathogenic wind, dampness, heat, ect. Dispersing lung, invigorating spleen and regulating kidney can be used as the treatment methods.
