摘要
研究了用比色法测定白酒中总酯含量的方法 ,对其试验条件及其影响因素进行了探讨 ;乙酸乙酯含量在 0～ 5 0 0 μg范围内有良好的线性关系 ,相关系数为 0 9998;并与国标法GB10 345 5 - 89进行了比较 ,结果基本一致。该方法的特点是快速、简便、节能。
A new method for the determination of total esters of spirits was studied.The result showed that the concentration of acetic ether and light density formed good linear expression,when acetic ether ranged from 0 to 500 μg,the coefficient was 0.9998.According to the method of G.B.10345.5-89,the result was perfect.Advantages of this method include:fast,simple and economic.Some important factors were also discussed in this paper.
