摘要
为了验证从健康貉子肺脏中分离的1株貉源犬瘟热毒株CDV/R-20/12的生物学特性,研究应用ARMS-PCR、致病性试验、同居感染试验、毒力返强试验及免疫后中和抗体效价测定对其进行鉴定。结果表明:该毒株为犬瘟热弱毒株,具有稳定的免疫原性。
To verify the biological characteristics of a strain of canine distemper virus (CDV/R- 20/12 )from raccoon dog, which was isolated from the lungs of healthy raccoon dog. The virus strain was identified using the amplification refractory mutation system PCR ( ARMS - PCR), pathogenicity test, cohabitation infection trial, test for reversion to virulence and the determination of neutralizing antibody titer after immunization. The results showed that the virus strain was an attenuated strain of canine distemper virus, and it had stable immunogenicity.
