摘要
在分析河南省温室气体排放及产业低碳化发展现状的基础上,借鉴国外产业低碳化发展路径与经验,确定中原经济区产业低碳化行动方向和目标,研究制定高碳产业低碳化转型、低碳新兴产业提速发展和低碳产业示范区建设三大重点行动,从政策、资金、科技等方面研究提出产业低碳化发展对策措施建议。
Greenhouse gas emissions and industrial low carbonization development of Henan province was analyzed.The foreign industry low carbon development paths and experience has been referenced.The action direction and goals was determined, three key action of high carbon industry transition to low carbon economy, low carbon industry to speed the development and low carbon Industries demonstration zone building was worked.From the policy, capital, technology and other aspects of proposed measures of development strategy of industrial low carbonization.
