摘要
为了解社会管理者、医护人员以及患者对当前医患关系的认知情况,探讨在社会管理创新视野下如何改善不和谐的医患关系,本课题组采用自制问卷的方式,对四川省内13家医院的医护人员、患者以及社会管理人员进行了抽样调查,并根据调查分析和结果情况,从政府、患者、医疗机构及社会管理等几方面提出了改善医患关系的建议、对策。
In order to understand social managers, medical staff and patients＆#39; cognition of the current doctor-patient relationship, discuss how to improve the existing unharmonious doctor-patient relationship from the innovative perspective of social management, the research group make a sampling survey on medical staff, patients, and social managers in 13 hospitals in Sichuan province by using self-made questionnaire, and based on the analysis and the results, put forward the suggestions and countermeasures from the perspectives of government, patients, medical institutions and social management in order to improve doctor-patient relationship.
