摘要
为了实现空托盘经济和高效的调运,系统分析了空托盘调运的原因及必要性.在综合考虑各种影响空托盘调运因素的基础上,确定了以总调运费用最小作为空托盘调运所要实现的目标,并建立优化模型.在对模型进行修正的基础上,对单目标优化问题处理方法进行分析,利用ILOG软件对模型求解.最后,通过案例分析了租赁成本、运输成本、库存成本,以及调运时间与总调运费用之间的关系.算例证实了在租赁费用一定的前提下,运输成本与库存成本越高,托盘调运越少;反之,租赁托盘越少;另外,调运时间越长,租赁托盘越多.研究成果可为铁路集装化运输中空托盘调运提供理论借鉴.
In order to achieve economic,efficient dispatching of empty pallet,we analyze the reasons and the necessity of the empty pallet dispatching.Based on comprehensively considering various influencing factors of the empty pallet dispatching,we determine total cost minimum as the objective of the empty pallet dispatching,and establish the optimization model.Based on the modifying of the model,we analyze the processing method of the single objective optimization problems and then solve the model by using ILOG software.Finally,we analyze the relationship between the leasing costs,transportation cost,inventory cost,transportation time and the total dispatching costs by case.The results show that,under precondition leasing costs,the higher transportation costs and inventory costs,the less transporting pallets; conversely,the less leasing pallets; in addition,if the transporting time longer,it will lease more pallets.So,the paper can provide a theoretical reference for the empty pallet dispatching of railway containerized transportation.
