摘要
首先定义了飞行签派员工作负荷的含义,并对其工作内容等背景知识进行了介绍,提出了签派员工作负荷的分类方法;其次,结合相关领域研究成果,归纳其工作负荷影响因素,并依此为基础建立签派员工作负荷评估的理论模型,提出了评估工作负荷的具体方法和过程;最后,讨论该方法在航空公司签派人力配置等方面的应用。
First, this article defines the meaning of flight dispatcher workload, introduces the background knowledge, and proposes the classification method of dispatcher workload. Second, it induces workload factors combining with related research achievements in the field, and establishes dispatcher workload evaluation model, puts forward the methods and process in evaluation workload. Finally, it discusses the human resource allocation in airlines, etc.
