摘要
创新教育影响因素的研究和分析是优化各因素的系统关系,促进创新教育发展的基础。影响创新教育的因素既有来自教育机构内部、外部的因素,又有内部、外部相互作用产生的互动关系所构成的动态因素。创新教育改革实践应从转变教育观念为突破口,以此改变管理制度、学术环境、课程设置、教学实践、质量评价、师资建设等几方面影响因素,并充分考虑系统内部和外部各因素的影响关系,才能取得理想效果。
To research and analyze the influencing factors of the innovation education is the foundation of optimizing the systematic relationship of influencing factors and pushing the development of innovation education. The influencing factors emerge either from the internal and external system of the educational institutions or from the interaction between the internal and external systems as interactive dynamic factors. To achieve a more ideal result,innovation education reformation should start with education concept. From this point, other influencing factors can be optimized on the basis of considering the internal and external factors to improve such factors as management regulations, academic environment, curriculum design, teaching practice, quality evaluation and teaching staff construction.
