摘要
研究碳酸镁添加剂对炭阳极空气/CO2反应性、电阻率、空气渗透率的影响.结果表明,碳酸镁添加量为1.0%时,炭阳极CO2反应性最好,有较好的电阻率和空气渗透性;碳酸镁添加量为1.5%时空气反应性最好;碳酸镁添加量在1.0%~1.5%时,炭阳极的质量较好.
The effect of additives of magnesium carbonate on reactivity,electrical resistivity and air permeability of carbon anode were analyzed.The results show that with the addition amount of magnesium carbonate of 1.0%,optimum CO2 reactivity,low electrical resistance and good air permeability can be achieved.Optimum air reactivity is achieved with the addition of magnesium carbonate of 1.0%.Better quality carbon anode is obtained with the addition magnesium carbonate of 1.0%-1.5%.
