摘要
目的 探讨动机访谈对终末期肾病（ESRD）维持性血液透析（MHD）患者治疗依从性的影响.方法 选择25例经量表评估为透析治疗不依从的ESRD患者为研究对象,在常规护理基础上对其实施为期12周的动机访谈干预,使用MHD治疗依从性量表及相关生化检验指标来评价干预效果.结果 本组患者的治疗依从性在干预结束时和干预后3个月量表总评分明显优于干预前,f =4.152、3.218,相关生化指标均在t=2.054～3.796.结论 动机访谈有效提高ESRD患者MHD治疗依从性.
Objective To explore the effects of motivational interviewing on treatment adherence among the end stage renal disease （ESRD） patients with maintenance hemodialysls （MHD）.Methods We selected 25 ESRD patients with MHD and poor treatment adherence as the objects of study.They were given routine care and motivational interview intervention for 12 weeks.The effects were evaluated by the treatment adherence scale and biochemical indicators.Results When the intervention ended and 3 months after the intervention,the valuation indicators were obviously better than those before the intervention （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The motivational interview can improve treatment adherence among the ESRD patients with MHD.
