摘要
目的探讨疼痛护理在痔疮手术治疗中的应用效果。方法分析普外科收治的痔疮患者200例临床资料,依据是否实施疼痛措施进行临床分组,常规护理组100例和疼痛护理组100例。结果疼痛护理组痔疮患者疼痛分级明显优于常规护理组,疼痛护理组痔疮患者术后肛管最大静息压、疼痛指数、知识掌握度、治疗依从性、护理满意度明显优于常规护理组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论疼痛护理在痔疮手术治疗中的应用可以明显改善患者的疼痛分级,提高治愈效率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore effect of pain nursing in hemorrhoids operation. Methods To analyze clinical data of 200 hemorrhoids patients in Department of General Surgery and divided them into two groups, conventional nursing group （100 cases） and pain nursing group （100 cases）. Results The pain rating of pain nursing group were better than conventional group, maximum resting pressure, anal pain index, knowledge, master degree, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction of pain nursing group were better than conventional group, P〈O.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion Application of pain nursing for patients with hemorrhoids operation can obviously improve grading of pain and curative rate, so it is worthy of clinical application.
