基于合作博弈的港口物流链云服务组织方法 被引量:8

Organization method for port logistics chain's cloud service based on cooperative game theory

摘要 以合作博弈为基础,分析港口物流链云服务网络需求特征,描述了云服务网络通过公平的竞标和招标形成港口物流链的过程。设计了公有云集中决策,私有云利益补偿的物流链云服务组织策略。该策略能保证港口物流链成员利益均衡。建立了符合港口物流链云计算并行要求的多Agent计算框架,引入云遗传算法实现稳定高效的港口物流链资源选择和协作组织过程计算。算例测试结果表明,设计的模型与算法具有较强的可操作性,可以作为港口物流链云服务组织的参考方法。 Based on the cooperative game theory, this paper analyzes the demand characteristics of port logistics chain cloud service network, and describes the process of formation of the port logistics chain cloud service network through fair bidding and tendering. The logistics chain cloud service organization strategy was designed including public cloud centralized decision with private cloud compensation designed, which guarantees the benefit equilibrium of port logistics chain members. The multiple agent parallel computing framework was established for port logistics chain cloud service, with the stable and efficient cloud genetic algorithm applied to the implementation process of logistics chain resource selection and collaborative computation. A test example shows that the designed model and algorithm have more effective operability, and can be taken as a reference for port logistics chain's cloud service organization.
